Once payment is received, the domain transfer process will be initiated through the designated domain registrar.
5. Forfeiture
If payment is not made within the specified time, the bid will be forfeited, and the domain may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted.
Bidders who default on a winning bid may be restricted from future auctions.
6. Disclaimer
The seller does not make any guarantees about BestNeurologistNYC.com’s traffic, revenue, or value.
Participants should conduct their own research before placing a bid.
7. Privacy
Bidding information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of this auction.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations or binding arbitration if necessary. This does not prevent any party from seeking equitable relief in a court of law.
